Balance Mobile Spa brings the ultimate relaxing spa experience directly to you! Please fill out the form below to assist us in understanding your spa requests. Once you submit your form, someone from our team will contact you directly to confirm your spa booking services, date, and location. To finalize your appointment, we will request a credit card number to keep on file.
Please note if your location is more than 25 miles, there is an additional fee of $25 per therapist and/or esthetician and/or nail technician per 25 miles traveled. We also have a 48 hour cancellation notice or change date/time/location request, otherwise you could be charged 50% of the total appointment value.
